These wellingtons are made of 80% natural rubber and have been cut by hand. Furthermore, the boots are entirely PVC free and contains no animal by-products.
The rain boots are designed in Denmark and produced in Europe. Each individual boot consists of 27 separate parts and are assembled by hand. This very process gives each boot its own unique appearance. The boots are lined with cotton-fleece and have a heat insulating innersole, which makes them both warm and comfortable to wear in any weather.
The handmade rain boots can withstand even the hardest torrential downpour.
If not treated regularly, natural rubber will develop a white surface over the years. This is simply because the rubber loses its essential oil. To keep your boots in great condition for many years to come, we recommend that you treat them once a month with ILSE JACOBSEN’s oil.
